Homestay Near Sringeri situated on a mountain top, in the midst of Nature’s abundance, where we cultivate coffee, tea, cardamom, pepper, paddy and arecanut. In this idyllic setting, we offer you a homely experience with the best of comforts, delicious food and the promise of adventure for those who have an inclination for it.

At Homestay Near Sringeri, we have two independent cottages built adjacent to each other. The two cottages have a total of four spacious rooms along with separate living rooms and common facilities. So whether you are arriving as individuals or as a large family or group, we have the required accommodation for you, with the best mix of privacy and social life.

Accommodation:

We offer a total of four rooms spread across two independent and adjacent cottages with bed capacity to accommodate maximum 16 adults. These rooms are well furnished with double bed and essential furniture like chairs, coffee table, mirror / dressing table and clothes cabinet. The bathrooms are clean and hygienically maintained with glazed tiles, non slip flooring and a choice of Western / Indian style commodes.

Single room where in 2 people can stay – 2 rooms

Offering a double or twin-size beds. the 2 superior rooms features contemporary spaces with inspiring pops of colors. guest can see the beautiful garden facing to the room. An LCD television, wardrobe and modern bathroom provided as amenities.

Double room for 4 people -1 room

With contemporary ambience, this room have a sit-out area with a view of our garden. it comes twin-size 2 beds, An LCD television, wardrobe and modern bathroom to make your stay cozy and comfortable.

Room which accommodates 6 people -1 room

Beautifully appointed and spacious for greater comfort for family, this room offer a great view of our garden. it has an extended sit-out area leading into the garden and come with a 3 twin-size beds. An LCD television, wardrobe and modern bathroom provided as amenities.

Food menu & Timings

Good food is an essential part of any enjoyable holiday experience. Hence we take special pains to provide our guests with delicious food. Unlike large hotels and resorts which cater to large number of guests, the home stay concept allows scope for offering only a limited menu. However this comes to you with the privilege of enjoying personalized meals with home made flavour.

Cycling

Cycling is a healthy and environment friendly activity. It is also a good pastime for site seeing and causal joy ride when on a holiday. We provide sports bicycles for you to go for a spin in the countryside. Tariff Rs. 150/hour

Here we take you for a stroll around our coffee plantation, when our guide will explain the intricacies of coffee growing and the processing involved before the invigorating brew reaches your table.

With thick tropical jungle cover, Malnad region is rich in wildlife and there are bird sanctuaries too close to our estate, truly a birdwatcher’s delight with great scope for bird photography too.

River Rafting/ Kayaking in Badra river

For adventure enthusiasts, river rafting and kayaking facilities are available in the river Bhadra, which is situated close to our estate. The facility is subject to availability of service and fee is payable to the service provider.

Play Area

Children are always brimming with energy and need constant activity to keep themselves occupied. For this reason, we have created a special play area for children close to the living quarters so that your kids also enjoy the holiday as much as you do.

Camp Fire

On request we can arrange for a camp fire in the evenings, which makes for a great experience in the chill Malnad night weather.

Tariff

Single Room the tariff during long weekend in the twin sharing rooms will be Rs 2545/- per person. Normal days and weekends the tariff will be Rs 2250/-, 3 meals, hi tee and camp fire, plantation walk The dorm is 1800 per person .
